Unit 3: Preparation for Optimum Sport Performance

Section 1:

Short term physiological and psychological preparation by elite athletes.

Section 2:

Long term physiological and psychological preparation by elite athletes.

Managing elite performance.

 

Unit 4: The Developing Sports Performer

Task 1:

Development plan for personal performance as a performer, leader or official.

Task 2:

International Study on the provision of sport in another Nation.

Task 3:

Personal Performance either as a performer, leader or official.

Task 4:

Life Plan based on opportunities for sport at all ages.

Unit AS 1: 1 hr 30 minutes external examination paper

KEY FEATURES
